Why this exists
I didn’t come to AI as a teacher. I came to it as an owner trying to get more done without burning out or hiring my way out of every problem.
So I built my businesses to run on AI — properly configured, with the right prompts, the right workflows, and a habit of improving a little every month. Three companies, the same playbook. And the more I did it, the more I noticed the same thing in every owner I talked to: they knew AI mattered, they’d even tried it once or twice — and then life got in the way and they never built it into how they actually work.
That’s not a knowledge problem. It’s a habit problem. And habits aren’t built by watching a course. They’re built in a room, with a rhythm, with people who keep you honest. So I started teaching the exact way I run things — the proof and the product are the same thing.
The tool isn’t the hard part. The habit is.
Anyone can be impressed by AI for an afternoon. Almost nobody builds it into their week. Everything I do is designed to fix the second problem, not the first.

Why I keep it small on purpose.
I cap my time deliberately, and I keep every group small. That’s not scarcity marketing — it’s the only way the work stays good. A program where you’re never anonymous, a Circle of six where everyone’s heard, hot seats where I solve your real problem live: none of that survives if I let the rooms get crowded.
So I don’t. If demand outgrows my calendar, I’d rather bring on help than dilute what makes this work. You’re not buying access to a content library. You’re building a habit alongside someone standing right next to you.
