The AI Operating System
This isn’t a course you’ll half-finish. It’s a small group that ships one real improvement every single week, until using AI well is just how you work.
6 weeks · one 90-minute live session per week · groups of 6–8
In six weeks, you won’t “learn AI.” You’ll be running on it.
Here’s the deal, and it’s simple: every week, you ship one meaningful improvement to your business. Week one you’re set up properly. By week three you’ve taken a task that used to eat an hour and cut it to ten minutes — a number you can say out loud. By week six, you’ve built the habit of making your business a little smarter every month, and you keep doing it long after the program ends.
You leave with:
- — A correctly configured AI setup that knows your role, business, and voice
- — A personal prompt library for the tasks you do every week
- — At least one high-leverage workflow redesigned end-to-end, with a real before-and-after time
- — A custom assistant loaded with your business’s context, ready for daily use
- — A monthly “operating rhythm” so the habit survives without me
The whole thing runs on one rhythm.
Wins check-in
Each person shares the improvement they shipped last week. The accountability engine — where the room sees the system works.
Teach the concept
Short, practical, demo-driven. No slides-as-lecture. You watch it work on a real example.
Build & hot seats
You build alongside me, or I solve a real task live for someone while everyone learns from it.
This week’s improvement
You commit, out loud, to the specific task you’ll apply it to before next week.
Public commitment plus a room that’s watching is why people in this program actually follow through — and why it becomes a habit instead of a folder of notes you never open.
Six weeks, one improvement at a time.
Week 0 · Onboarding
Create your accounts and answer three quick questions about the tasks eating your week. You arrive at Session 1 ready to build, not troubleshoot.
Week 1 · Foundation & setup
Get on the right tools, configured properly, and past the blank-screen intimidation. Walk out with your first real, useful output on an actual work task.
Week 2 · Prompting that actually works
Move from random results to reliable ones with a simple, repeatable structure. Start your personal prompt library for your recurring tasks.
Week 3 · Your highest-leverage workflow
Pick one repetitive, time-eating task and redesign it end-to-end. This is the week the ROI becomes undeniable — one workflow, cut from X to Y.
Week 4 · Make the AI know your business
Stop re-explaining yourself. Build a custom assistant loaded with your templates, voice, and context, ready for daily use.
Week 5 · Client work & daily communication
Weave AI into the daily grind — drafting, research, summarizing, client-facing work. Includes safe, responsible use: what not to paste, confidentiality, verifying outputs.
Week 6 · Make it a habit
Turn six weeks of momentum into a self-sustaining monthly rhythm. Graduates are invited into The AI Leadership Circle to keep the habit — and the peer group — alive.
A system, not another tab you’ll never reopen.
This works best for owners and professionals in service businesses who are ready to put in 90 minutes a week plus a little homework, and want a system instead of another course they half-finish.
This isn’t for everybody, and that’s fine. If you want a passive course to watch on 2x speed, this isn’t it. If you want to actually change how you work, it is.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send an email, you can do this. The whole point is getting non-technical owners genuinely fluent.
What if I fall behind?
The program is built around small, weekly wins, not a firehose. Each week’s improvement is one thing, applied to your real work — and the wins check-in pulls you forward, not leaves you behind.
Which tools will I use?
The major ones, set up properly — you’ll learn when to use which, and how to keep up as they evolve without chasing every shiny update.
Is my client data safe?
We cover responsible, safe use directly — what not to paste, confidentiality, and how to verify outputs — so AI makes your client work better without putting it at risk.
How big is the group?
Eight to twelve people, on purpose. Big enough for momentum, small enough that you’re never anonymous.
A new cohort is forming now.
Apply for the next cohortTell me a bit about your business and I’ll let you know if it’s a fit. If it’s not, I’ll say so.
